As an Instructor:

Adam Miller has been fortunate to have learned from great mentors throughout his young golfing career. The first of which was Scott Head, who served as Vice President to Rick Smith at Treetops Resort in Gaylord, Michigan. When in college, he learned from Andrew Bethune, his coach at Saginaw Valley State University and renowned PGA Professional in the state of Michigan. After college, Adam went to work as an assistant golf professional at a top-25 ranked public facility where he learned further teaching techniques from Master PGA Professional, Pam Phipps and former LPGA Tour Player, Debbie Massie.

“This is a very popular retirement area and what better to do than spend your time on the golf course? I would like to help people enjoy the game, whether they have played their whole life, or want to start a new hobby. Golf instruction is my pass on, and I want anyone and everyone to share that passion with me.” -Adam Miller

Adam has used this knowledge that he has retained from these great instructors to develop his own teaching style and philosophy to further your game. Each golf lesson is very important and is treated like its the first and most important of the day.

As a Player:

After playing high school golf in Gaylord, MI and winning a high school state championship, Adam was awarded a golf scholarship to Saginaw Valley State University. A 4-year stint as a varsity player included 7 tournament wins, 4 all-conference honors, 2 all-region honors and a top-25 finish in the Division II National Championship.

After turning professional, he has played in various mini-tour events, including 1 win on the West Florida Golf Tour. Since, he has focused more on improving the games of others and advancing his teaching career.
